David Prince is a Global TIC Executive with a proven track record of building and leading multiple TIC businesses that have generated over $500 million in revenue. He has a strong history of driving growth in competitive markets both organically and through acquisitions. Additionally, David has experience as a TIC operating partner and CEO, collaborating with private equity investors to develop and expand new TIC platform investments.
David has held increasingly senior roles in operations and sales at several leading global TIC (Testing, Inspection, and Certification) companies. He has provided strategic leadership as a Vice President, Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Executive Officer, Executive General Manager, and Executive Advisor and a Founder. David has also worked with various global investors as a TIC executive advisor, operating partner, and board member. He has extensive experience in multiple TIC services, including NDT (Non-Destructive Testing), advanced NDT, destructive testing, field inspection, and laboratory services.
He has vast experience in various TIC markets, including Life Science, Food & Beverage, Pharmaceuticals, Health and Safety, the Built Environment, IoT, Power Generation and Distribution, Agriculture, Oil and Gas, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Chemicals, Aerospace, Commodities, Transportation, and Infrastructure.
